Every enquiry is reviewed by a senior consultant, not routed through a sales development queue. Within one business day we'll respond with a short note that either answers your question directly or proposes a 30-minute discovery call at a time that suits you. You'll deal with the same consultant from that first call through to delivery.

A discovery call is not a sales pitch. We use the time to understand your business context, the data platforms you already run, the AI initiatives in flight, and the regulatory or governance constraints you're navigating. If we're not the right fit we'll say so and point you toward a partner who is — we'd rather protect the relationship than force a misaligned engagement.

For engagements that proceed, we typically start with a scoping workshop or a fixed-fee AI readiness diagnostic. You walk away with a concrete view of what's possible, what it will cost, and the sequence of work we'd recommend — whether or not you choose to engage us for delivery.
